​A self-confessed food lover, Shien Ee firmly believes that you don't have to diet and restrict your eating to be healthy - if you love that bit of chocolate each day then we can work out how you can reach your goals AND have your chocolate too! Everything in moderation. Life is for enjoying and food is a big part of every happy occasion.

Shien Ee has a strong clinical background with her experience built from working at a large tertiary hospital for the past seven years.  She has experience working with many different chronic diseases and Shien Ee can help you with all your nutrition needs including weight management, food intolerance and lifestyle changes for a healthier you.  Shien Ee is also an experienced paediatric dietitian providing advice in areas such as poor growth, food intolerance and fussy eating. 

As a working mum of two, Shien Ee understands the pressures of needing quick, easy but nutritious meals for your family and can help build your confidence to shop healthily and prepare healthy meals.
