When I think of times in my life when I was at my A+++ , it was safe to say I was sleeping well, eating well, achieving loads and overall I was energised, satisfied and happy. When I'm not sleeping well, not exercising and eating junk, I lose vitality and become sluggish.
Four aspects to think about here; sleep, food, exercise and joy. Like four legs of a table, if one is lacking, the whole table topples over... These four aspects are non-negotiables when it comes to feeling energised and at your best. If we sleep, exercise, eat or party too much (or too little), energy levels are bound to crash.
Sit down and take look at your schedule... What delicious and nutritious foods are you going to eat? What exercise will you enjoy? How are you going to have fun, or find joy today? What time will you be in bed tonight?
