WHAT YOU NEED:
4 cups wholemeal spelt flour
2 tsp yeast
500ml warm water
2 tsp salt
1 TBS olive oil
WHAT YOU DO:
1) Mix all ingredients with a large wooden spoon for around ten minutes. No kneading required!
2) Leave to prove at room temp (bowl covered with cling wrap) for 8 hours.
TIP - Allow the dough to rest on the baking tray for around 20 minutes before placing in the oven.
3) Bake in a 200C oven for 30min.
