University Qualified Nutritionist and Women's Health Expert
Alison is a nutritionist with a special interest in women’s health, from gut health and hormone issues to pregnancy and postnatal nutrition.
She can assist with improving gut issues such as constipation, bloating and reflux, managing IBS and undertaking a FODMAP elimination and FODMAP challenges, replenishing nutrients in postpartum, breastfeeding nutrition, and general healthy eating.
Alison has a Bachelor of Human Nutrition from the University of Canberra and has completed Monash University’s IBS and FODMAP Diet course.
Alison is also a postnatal doula and mum of two boys, so she’s able to provide holistic, compassionate postpartum care.
Alison values simplicity in nutrition and gives advice that works as much as possible with what you already eat, so it’s easy to implement. She prides herself on creating a safe, judgment-free zone for her clients.
